Every event is unique, and we will provide a bespoke quote based on your requirements, however, the following packages give you an idea of our service packages and prices. However, don’t be afraid to contact for any advice or quote based on your budget.
INITIAL PROPOSAL
Based on your requirements we charge a standard £175.00 + vat for the initial proposal of ideas and venue options. Once you have confirmed you would like to go ahead with any of our services the £175.00 + vat is refunded from your final invoice.

VENUE FINDING
Let us source the perfect venue or location for your event. Just give us an idea of budget, look feel or theme and away we go. We will come back with at least 3 options on your preferred dates and manage all the venue contracts and negotiation, ensuring you have the best venue at the best value.
Ivory Stork set up all your site visits for you to view the properties and liaise on the confirmation details.
